    If you're looking to get pizza and wings in Ravenna, this is a fine choice.  Probably my fave pick when I want to get chicken delivered, usually takes 30-45 minutes and you get ample jo jos.  The pasta is OK, subs are OK, pizza is pretty good.

    They usually have a coupon in the mail for a Medium one topping pizza and 4 piece chicken and jo jo for only $14.50, I use this coupon all the time as it's great for two people who are looking for some tasty chicken and pizza.

    Terrible delivery service. We ordered and over 90 minutes later they still weren't here. We called and someone at the store got smart with us when we called to cancel.  Then 10 minutes later the delivery person showed up and we refused.

    I will NEVER order/come back to this location EVER AGAIN!  This place has steadily gone down hill and today was the last straw.  
    As always, we order the family meal deal.  A large pizza, 1 topping, 8 piece chicken and Jojos and coleslaw.  I hate creamy slaw so I cannot speak on that, although, my husband said the slaw is good.  BUT everything else sucked.  They burnt the cheese on the pizza.  I mean BURN!!!  Not browned.  DARK BROWN almost BLACK!  Then we usually get 8 pieces of chicken.  2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings.  OH we got 8.  Just 4 legs, 2 wings, and 2 questionable pieces.  I don't know what they are.  You are definitely just a number here.  Not a person who deserves decent food.  Costs too much for what you get and takes too long to get your order.  Worth it?  NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    Their pizza is the best tasting in the area - hands down. I would be a faithful customer if only they treated me like my business mattered to them. Over the last twenty years - repeatedly - they insult me one too many times - so, I stop giving them my business till I forget how they insulted me and order from them again.  It doesn't take them long...just a time or two till they remind me just why they are so undeserving of regular customers.  Taking my business elsewhere for another few years

    Gionino's is Gionino's when it comes to the food, but I have to commend the excellent customer service of this particular location. Family owned franchise that is friendly and appreciative of your business. Delicious White pizza!
